This may take up to 72 hours to be received. If members do not have an email address, they can call the Titans Membership team on (07) 5656 5656 and request a printed copy be posted to them (charges may apply).

This is known as the 'Same Seat Renewal Period’. The renewal period ends at close of business on 13th of October 2023.

2.2.4 2023 reserved seat season ticket holders wishing to change to different seating for 2024 are strongly encouraged to renew during the renewal period to secure themselves the best possible opportunity to secure alternate seats. 2.2.5 2023 reserved seat season ticket holders who renew during the renewal period, but request a change of seating, will have their 2023 seats held until the 'change seat window' opens. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they follow the instructions and deadlines provided to them via email. These instructions will be sent before the change seat window opens on 23rd of October 2023.
2.2.6 After the conclusion of the renewal period, 2023 reserved seat season ticket members will be notified via email of their change seat window (based on member since date as per condition 8), in which they will have the opportunity to select alternate seating themselves online.
2.2.7 Members may only change seats once the change seat window opens. If the member changes their seating during the change seat window, their 2023 seats will no longer be available to them. Only those members who renewed during the renewal period, and requested a change in seating, will be able to access the change seat window. If a member does not select alternate seats during the change seat window, they will retain their 2023 seats for the 2024 season.
2.2.8 Renewing 2023 reserved seat season ticket holders who renew after the renewal period may not be able to access their 2023 seats. 2023 members wishing to renew after the renewal period may have to select their own seats at the time of purchase (Excluding Foundation Members).

The COVID-19 Pandemic impacted the delivery of the 2020 and 2021 membership program to an extent which saw affected club members offered several choices to address the ‘lost value’ of individual membership investments in these years.
Pertaining to the 2023 season, please see below excerpt from the club’s terms and conditions relating to how these entitlements would be managed in the future:
“Pending no further disruption, any outstanding entitlements associated with this will expire at the conclusion of the 2023 season”.
Therefore, given there were no further disruptions in 2023, all entitlements associated with any ‘lost value’ during the 2020 and 201 COVID-19 impacted season have expired.
