Member Seat Return Terms and Conditions

2026 Gold Coast Titans season ticket re-sale terms and conditions.

Eligible Members who are unable to attend the club’s Round 5 home game against the Brisbane Broncos can return their seats for casual sale via the club’s ‘Return Flow’ per the below terms and conditions:

  • Only full-season ticketed reserved seat members in Foundation, Titanium Premium, Titanium, Gold and Steel categories are eligible to re-sell their seats (excludes General Admission, Foundation Premium, Frontline, NRLW full season, and all part-season memberships).
  • Companion Card holders with seasonal seats are unfortunately not eligible for this program.
  • Members allocated disability (accessible) seating, including the adjacent escort seat, are not eligible for this program.
  • Complimentary seasonal seats (issued gratis) are unfortunately not eligible for this program.
  • Only the club’s Round 5 fixture against the Brisbane Broncos is eligible for seat return and re-sale.
  • Only 2 or more seats can be released from a member account for re-sale.
  • If releasing 2 or more seats, the seats must be contiguous (adjacent).
  • Rebates are calculated on the 2026 full-season renewal rate for each Membership ticket category and price type (refer below table), converted to a per-game amount and rounded down.
  • Seats are rebated at the retail price type they’re sold at (e.g., a member adult seat released but purchased as a junior attracts the junior rebate).
  • Ticketing fees are excluded from rebate calculations (the club absorbs the fee).
  • Member seats must be released by COB (5pm AEST) Friday 2 April 5pm.
  • Members who release their seats will be advised by 4:00pm (AEST) Monday 13 April 2026 whether their seat sold and the credit amount they will receive.
  • Once a seat is released, the member barcode for that game is disabled and the ticket cannot be transferred.
  • Once a Member releases their seat, the release is final and they cannot have their seat taken back.
  • If the released seat remains unsold before kick-off, no rebate will be applied. Nor will the ticketing entitlement be restored to a member account.
  • Rebates will be added as an account credit that can be applied to 2027 Membership renewal.
  • The rebate (account credit) amount will be communicated when renewal notices are released.
  • Account credits will be applied ahead of 2027 Membership renewals opening, with eligible member renewal invoices adjusted accordingly.
  • At the time of writing, account credits can only be applied to the renewal of a 2027 Membership product – this excludes add-on products such as Merchandise or Car- parking
  • If a member does not renew for 2027, any remaining credit will remain on the members account for the 2027 NRL Telstra Premiership season only, after which time the account credit will be removed.
  • The club reserves the right to amend and update these terms and conditions at any time.
