4-Game Ticket Redemption Process

  • Match selections must be made by 48 hours prior to the game. Tickets must be printed by this time as well
  • Your tickets will be allocated in your seating category. These sections are either:  TITANIUM EAST,  GOLD  or  STEEL.  For an image of the stadium map/sections, scroll down to the bottom of this page
  • If you are having trouble with redeeming your tickets, please click here to submit the form with your game selection. We will respond to you with your tickets for you to print-out

  • 4-Game members cannot redeem their tickets for the Round 9 Titans vs Sharks at Suncorp Stadium as this is part of NRL's "Magic Weekend"

Online Process for 4-game members:


1. Log-in to your MyTitans account by clicking here. Your MyTitans username will be your email address.

2. Select the 'Exchange for Game Choice 1' image once logged-in

3. On the next page, select the 3 dots [...] in the top right-hand corner of the page and select 'Exchange Here'.

4. On the next screen, select the check-boxes on the left-hand side (the number of seats associated with your membership is displayed here)
- Please note that you may have to select portions of your group separately (I.E. Adults/Juniors separate)

5. Click on 'Exchange' on the top right-hand side of the page. A pop-up will then appear, once it does click 'Continue to exchange'

6. On the next page, you can select the game you wish to attend. Make your game selection and click 'continue'

7. The stadium map will now be displayed (ensure you have the most up-to-date Flash Player on your browser and ensure it is enabled). Click on the section you wish to sit in

8. Available seats in that section will be highlighted. Select the seats you wish to sit in and then click 'Checkout'

9. On the next page entitled 'Review your Exchange' it will show the seats you've selected. Click 'exchange seats' and re-enter your password if prompted and click 'Continue to exchange'

10. An order summary window will pop-up, select 'print@home' as the delivery method and click 'continue'. In the Adobe Reader pop-up that appears click 'ok'

11. The next page is the final summary before you confirm your selection. Click 'purchase tickets'

12. Your selection is now complete and the final page will show your order confirmation. Your tickets will automatically download (as a PDF) for you to print out. Ensure they are printed immediately. If you wish to select additional games as part of your membership, repeat the above steps once-again.


Club Member Ticket Redemption Process


Please note that you cannot print or redeem your tickets within 48 hours before kick-off.

  • Your tickets will be allocated in the  GOLD  seating category, in either Sections 2, 21 or 23. For an image of the stadium map/sections, scroll down to the bottom of this page.
  • If you are having trouble redeeming your tickets, please click here to submit a form with your game selections. We will respond to you with your tickets for you to print-out.

  • Club members cannot redeem their tickets for the Round 9 Titans vs Sharks at Suncorp Stadium as this is part of NRL's "Magic Weekend"

ONLINE PROCESS FOR Club MEMBERS:



1. Click on the above game you wish to redeem tickets for, logging in to your MyTitans account. Your log-in username is your email 

2. The stadium map will now appear (as long as you enable/allow Flash Player). Select the section that you wish to sit-in, followed by the seats, clicking 'add to cart' when you are happy with your selections

3. Select your delivery method to 'Print@Home' and then click 'Checkout'

4. On the next page, check the 'terms of use' box and 'submit' the order to complete the process

5. Ensure you print your tickets out once they are downloaded as a PDF. If no PDF downloads, please contact the membership department to get your tickets forwarded on to your email.



Flexi-Pass ticket redemption process


Please note that you cannot print or redeem your tickets within 48 hours before kick-off.

  • Your tickets will be allocated in the  GENERAL ADMISSION  seating category in Section 26. For an image of the stadium map/section, scroll down to the bottom of this page.

  • As a result, these tickets will not be allocated seating. Meaning you can sit anywhere (that is available) in the section itself. 
  • If you are having trouble redeeming your tickets, please click here to submit a form with your game selections. We will respond to you with your tickets for you to print-out.

ONLINE PROCESS FOR Flexi-5, Flexi-10 or Flexi-20 MEMBERS:



1. Click on the above game you wish to redeem tickets for, logging in to your MyTitans account. Your log-in username is your email 

2. Select the quantity of tickets you require and click 'Add To Cart' 

3. Select your delivery method to 'Print@Home' and then click 'Checkout'

4. On the next page, check the 'terms of use' box and 'submit' the order to complete the process

5. Ensure you print your tickets out once they are downloaded as a PDF. If no PDF downloads, please contact the membership department to get your tickets forwarded on to your email.



Supporter Ticket Redemption Process

2. Select the quantity of tickets* you require and click 'Add To Cart' 

* Supporter (Family of 2) members will be able to redeem 2 tickets per 'Family of 2'

3. Select your delivery method to 'Print@Home' and then click 'Checkout'

4. On the next page, check the 'terms of use' box and 'submit' the order to complete the process

5. Ensure you print your tickets out once they are downloaded as a PDF. If no PDF downloads, please contact the membership department to get your tickets forwarded on to your email.



Please note that you Must contact the membership department to redeem your tickets by the wednesday prior to the game.

  • As an Away Legion member you are entitled to request 2 tickets to an away match of your choice over the course of the 2019 NRL season (for each Away Legion membership that you hold)

  • To request your tickets, simply send your name and member number through to membersinfo@titans.com.au requesting the game of your choice. We will then log your request and we will send you through your tickets on the week of the game for you to print-out
  • Your tickets will be generally be allocated in the  AWAY SUPPORTERS BAY  (which is usually General Admission) at the away venue 

  • If you are unable to attend an away game, but are able to attend a home match on the Gold Coast, please contact the membership department as this can be arranged instead if this suits your schedule better



GRASSROOTS TICKET REDEMPTION PROCESS
