Supporter Ticket Redemption Process

Please note that you cannot print or redeem your tickets within 48 hours before kick-off.

 ** Game selections now available  ** 

  • Match selections must be made by 48 hours prior to the game. Tickets must be printed by this time as well.
  • Your tickets will be allocated in the  GENERAL ADMISSION  seating category in Section 26. For an image of the stadium map/section, scroll down to the bottom of this page.

  • As a result, these tickets will not be allocated seating. Meaning you can sit anywhere (that is available) in the section itself. 
  • If you are having trouble redeeming your tickets, please click here to submit a form with your game selections. We will respond to you with your tickets for you to print-out.


1. Click on the above game you wish to redeem tickets for, logging in to your MyTitans account. Your log-in username is your email 

2. Select the quantity of tickets* you require and click 'Add To Cart' 

* Supporter (Family of 2) members will be able to redeem 2 tickets per 'Family of 2'

3. Select your delivery method to 'Print@Home' and then click 'Checkout'

4. On the next page, check the 'terms of use' box and 'submit' the order to complete the process

5. Ensure you print your tickets out once they are downloaded as a PDF. If no PDF downloads, please contact the membership department to get your tickets forwarded on to your email.
