All members or persons seeking to become members of the Gold Coast Titans agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Purchase of a Membership
1.1 Members may choose to join or renew their Gold Coast Titans Membership either online, over the phone, in person or via renewal form in the post if youare the Primary Account Holder
1.2 After submitting an application or renewal for membership(s) and payment of the Membership Fee the Club will issue you an Order Confirmation via email once the membership has been processed. This may take up to 72 hours to be received. If Members do not have an email address they can call the Titans Membership Team on (07) 5656 5656 and request a printed copy be posted to them (charges may apply)
1.3 Any differences between the amount charged at time of renewal, and what is ultimately allocated, will be amended to be charged or refunded accordingly during the seating allocation process
1.4 Memberships purchased after the first home game will not be sold on a pro-rata basis, unless advertised as such, and will be charged at the prices listed on the Gold Coast Titans membership site
1.5 By submitting an application or renewal for membership you will automatically be 'opted in' for Rolling Renewals as outlined in Condition 6
2. Renewing Memberships
2.1 A Renewing Member is classified as anyone who held a 2017 Gold Coast Titans Membership
2.2 2017 reserved seat season ticket holders (Foundation, Titanium, Gold, Steel) and general admission seating season ticket holders (The Legion)
2.2.1 2017 season ticket holders wishing to renew their same seats for 2018 have an exclusive renewal period to renew their membership and keep the seating currently used by the Member (subject to availability). This is known as the 'Renewal Period’. The Renewal Period ends at close of business on Friday 10 November, 2017
2.2.2 After this date any seats previously belonging to 2017 Members who have not renewed will automatically be made available for allocation to upgrading and/or new Members
2.2.3 2017 reserved seat season ticket holders wishing to change to different seating for 2018 are strongly encouraged to renew during the Renewal Period to secure themselves the best possible opportunity to secure alternate seats
2.2.4 2017 reserved seat season ticket holders who renew during the Renewal Period, but request a change of seating, will have their 2017 seats held until the 'Change Seat Window' opens. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure they follow the instructions and deadlines provided to them via email. These instructions will be sent before the 'Change Seat Window' opens in November
2.2.5 After the conclusion of the Renewal Period, 2017 reserved seat season ticket will be notified via email of their Change Seat Window (based on Member Since Date as per Condition 7), in which they will have the opportunity to select alternate seating themselves online
2.2.6 Members may only change seats once during the Change Seat Window opens. If the Member changes their seating during the Change Seat Window their 2017 seats will no longer be available to them. Only those Members who renewed during the Renewal Period, and requested a change in seating, will be able to access the Change Seat Window. If a Member does not select alternate seats during the Change Seat Window they will retain their 2017 seats for the 2018 season
2.2.7 Renewing 2017 reserved seat season ticket holders who renew after the Renewal Period may not be able to access their 2017 seats. 2017 members wishing to renew after the Renewal Period will have to select their own seats at the time of purchase (Excluding Foundation Members)
3. New Memberships
3.1 2018 membership will go on-sale to the general public on October 24 2017
4.1 All prices advertised on this site or flyer are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
5.1 Upfront/Full Payment: Members may pay in full via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cheque, Money Order, Cash or EFTPOS at the time of application
5.1.1 Charges against credit cards will appear on your statements as ‘Gold Coast Titans M’Ship Parkwood’
5.1.2 If a credit card payment is declined by your bank you will be contacted for an alternate form of payment. Any fees levied to you for a failed payment by your financial institution will be payable by you
5.1.3 Orders will not be added to the seating allocation queue (where relevant) until a payment is successful
5.1.4 Cheques and money orders must be made payable to ‘Titans Rugby League Pty ltd’
5.1.5 If a cheque is dishonoured, you will be contacted for an alternate form of payment. Dishonoured cheques may incur an immediate fee applied by the bank. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you
5.1.6 Cash and EFTPOS payments must be made in person at Gold Coast Titans Headquarters. 3rd floor, TFH High Performance Centre, 76-122 Napper Road, Parkwood, 4214 between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Cash cannot be sent in the mail
5.2 Instalments: Ticketed Members (Foundation, Titanium, Gold, Steel, Legion, Club Partner, 4 Game Reserved and Flexi pack) and Non-ticketed members in the Away Legion and Club Membership categories may choose to pay by instalments via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All other Non-Ticketed memberships must be paid in full at the time of application, or with the first instalment if purchasing in combination with a Ticketed Membership
5.2.1 Applications/renewals received prior to 9 November 2017 will have a $5.00 deposit charged at the time of application/renewal of membership to confirm the credit card is entered correctly. This deposit will then be deducted from the first monthly instalment
5.2.2 Applications/renewals received after 9 November 2017, will have the number of required payments deducted immediately upon receipt of application/renewal to bring them up to date with the fixed schedule. Subsequent monthly instalments will then be taken at each specified date
5.2.3 Payments will be deducted in instalments on the 9th of each month (or the next business day if the 9th falls on a weekend or public holiday), beginning on 9 November 2017 via your nominated VISA, Mastercard or American Express
5.2.4 Instalment dates cannot be changed, but additional payments can be made online at any time by the Member or by calling the membership team
5.2.5 By joining the Monthly Instalment Plan, you authorise the Gold Coast Titans to debit from your nominated credit/debit card for the amounts advised to you online at the time of application/renewal and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
5.2.6 If any payment fails to transfer between institutions, further attempts will be made throughout the month to clear the funds until successfully processed. The Member may be contacted via SMS or email to advise of any failed payments
5.2.7 It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure the credit or debit card details provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change. It is also the Member's responsibility to ensure sufficient clear funds are available on the nominated account on each scheduled instalment date, and that all contact details are correct at all times
5.2.8 If an instalment payment is returned or dishonoured by the financial institution, Members will be notified to request immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you
5.2.9 The Gold Coast Titans may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your payment is dishonoured by your financial institution. You will be notified via email if the Gold Coast Titans suspend or cancel your membership. Please note that at least three (3) business days will be needed to reinstate your membership once payment is received
5.2.10 If your membership is suspended or cancelled, all membership benefits including, but not limited to, access to Gold Coast Titans games and pre-sale ticket windows will be suspended
5.2.11 Members with outstanding debt from previous seasons are not eligible to renew/apply for membership for subsequent seasons until all outstanding debt has been paid
5.2.12 The Gold Coast Titans may refer any outstanding balances at the end of the season to a debt collection agency for recovery of any monies owed. This may involve additional costs that you would also be responsible for
5.2.13 All Members who choose to pay via instalments must have their membership paid in full by 9 August 2018. Any members who fail to pay the balance by this date risk having their membership voided and barcodes cancelled immediately. Any instalments paid, or monies collected, prior to that date cannot be refunded
5.2.14 If you believe that a payment has been initiated incorrectly, contact the Titans Membership Department on (07) 5656 5656
6. Rolling Renewals
6.1 All Members paying via credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) or debit card backed by VISA or Mastercard, regardless of package type or payment method (upfront or instalments), agree to be opted in for 'Rolling Renewals', facilitating automatic rollover of your membership from year to year on these terms and conditions unless varied
6.2 Membership will be automatically renewed into the same package(s) and seat(s) for subsequent seasons, at the updated and relevant price, using the same payments details as the previous season, unless otherwise advised
6.3 Prior to the rollover, Members will receive written notice via email to the Members email address supplied, notified pursuant to Condition 14, which details the pricing for the following season and provides a 14-day opt-out period
6.4 During this opt-out period Members must notify the Gold Coast Titans via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (07) 5656 5656 if they do not wish to rollover (strict deadlines apply)
7. Member Since Status
7.1 When you become a Member with the Gold Coast Titans the date you join is recorded against your account as your Member Since Status
7.2 Only consecutive years of membership are counted towards the Member Since Status
7.3 When choosing to upgrade or change seats your Member Since Status will be taken into account
8. Membership Classification and Age Restrictions:
8.1.1 A Family of two is defined as one Adult and one Junior (see 7.2 for definition of junior). If purchasing a Family membership, both the Adult and Junior component must be included. Failure to do so will result in the Adult price being applied to both seats
8.2.1 To be eligible for a Junior membership, the applicant must be 17 years or younger as at 1 March 2018
8.2.2 Juniors aged under four at 1 March 2018 are entitled to attend matches without a membership or ticket, but must be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult and not occupy a seat
8.2.3 All Junior Members must have their membership placed under their own individual name and a date of birth must be provided for each Junior Member on an account. Failure to do so will result in the Adult price being applied to the order
8.3.1 Concession memberships are available to any persons holding a current government-issued Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card, Full-time Student Card or Repatriation Health Care Card Totally and Permanently Incapacitated
8.3.2 Concession Cards must be valid for the entire duration of the 2018 NRL season
8.3.3 Please note that Health Care Cards and Seniors Business Discount Cards are not accepted as a form of concession. Please refer to the accepted Concession Cards on the Gold Coast Titans website for more details
8.3.4 It is a condition of entry that all Concession Card holders agree to present their concession identification card, if requested. If a Concession Card cannot be presented the membership card holder will be refused entry to the venue
8.4 Companion Card:
8.4.1 Foundation, Titanium, Gold, Steel, Legion, 4 Game Reserved who hold a valid Companion Card may apply for a second membership at no extra charge to accommodate their companion when a concession membership is purchased for themselves
8.4.2 Companion Card holders must provide a printed copy of the Companion Card with the application/renewal and as such, these cannot be purchased online. Companion Cards must be provided at the time of application/renewal and cannot be arranged after this point
8.4.3 The companion membership will be issued in the name of the Companion Card holder
8.4.4 The companion membership does not include any additional member benefits, other than a seat at the relevant games included
8.5 Upgrading for Individual Games:
8.5.1 Members are able to upgrade a Junior and/or Concession membership to a higher classification for individual games by purchasing the upgrade at the member box office at Gate D on game day
9. Members Bound by Terms and Conditions
9.1 Regardless of how the membership is renewed or purchased, it is a condition of membership that all Members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Membership with the Gold Coast Titans
9.2 Any person or persons using any Member entitlement, including game day attendance, regardless of whether they purchased the membership themselves are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any Member must make any person making use of their membership entitlement aware of these Terms and Conditions
9.3 Any Member in breach of these Terms and Conditions risks having their membership cancelled without refund
10. Use of Entitlements by Other Parties
10.1 If for any reason a Member cannot attend a Gold Coast Titans home game, they can provide their entry pass to a friend or relative to use
10.2 The ability to transfer a membership to someone else is subject to the membership classification (e.g. Concession). Please see Condition 7.5 for details on how to upgrade classification for individual games
10.3 Memberships cannot be traded, sold or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purchases including competitions, without prior written consent of the Club. If a membership is found to be in breach of this condition, the membership will be immediately cancelled without notification or refund and the bearer of the membership will be refused admission and access to any entitlements
10.4 Members should be aware that there is legislation in Queensland relating to the re-sale of tickets at CBus Super Stadium, and breach of these laws may attract criminal penalties
11. Club Member ticketing. In 2018 Club Members are entitled to two (2) tickets to one (1) Titans home game of their choice. Club Members must either:
- Download a copy of the Member ticket request form from the Titans website and submit via mail (PO Box 8041, GCMC, Bundall, QLD, 9726), fax ((07) 5656 5699) or email (email@example.com) no later than one week before the nominated game
- Contact the Membership Department on (07) 5656 5656 or via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a copy sent via email
Please note: Tickets subject to availability. Members can nominate to split their allocation by taking one (1) ticket to two (2) home games. The same procedure must be followed. All tickets will be issued in Gold seating
12. Away Legion. In 2018 Away Legion Members are entitled to two (2) tickets to one (1) Titans away game of their choice. Away Legion Members must either:
- Download a copy of the Member ticket request form from the Titans website and submit via mail (PO Box 8041, GCMC, Bundall, QLD, 9726), fax ((07) 5656 5699) or email (email@example.com) no later than two weeks before the nominated game
- Contact the Membership Department on (07) 5656 5656 or via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a copy
Please note: In 2018 the Titans have reciprocal arrangements in place with a limited number of NRL clubs. At the time of writing not all clubs have yet established reciprocal ties with the Titans. Limitations apply therefore as to which away fixtures can be attended as part of the Away Legion Membership. Away Legion members are advised to contact the club before submitting their applications to determine which fixtures of the 2018 season can be attended as part of their membership. Seating allocation at away games is at the discretion of the away team
13. Member ticket prices: In 2018 Titans members are entitled to purchase tickets at Member rates. To access member pricing members can enter their Membership number where indicated on the Titans event page at www.ticketek.com.au (from February 2018). Alternatively, Members may contact the Titans Membership Department on (07) 5656 5656 or report to a Cbus Super Stadium Ticketek box office on game day. Please note – to purchase tickets at the box office a member must present their membership card or member tickets. Ticket limit – 2 per member. No guarantee can be provided that additional tickets purchased by members will be allocated next to the member’s season reserved seat. Allocation subject to availability
14. Members Personal Details for Communication:
14.1 All Members must take responsibility for updating their personal details so the Gold Coast Titans can communicate with them effectively
14.2 The Gold Coast Titans hold no responsibility for a member’s failure to update their personal details. To update your personal details please login to your MyTitans account
15. Pre-sale Entitlements:
15.1 Each Member’s access to presales, including the NRL Grand Final and NRL Finals Series will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements at the time the offer is made available. These entitlements are not determined by the Gold Coast Titans, but are made available to members as an added benefit
15.2 The Club will communicate information relating to members pre-sale access via email only so it is important to ensure an active email address is always registered
16. International Postage:
16.1 If international postage is required, the cost of postage will be added to the membership. The relevant charges for international postage can be found under Frequently Asked Questions
16.2 If a Member fails to apply international postage charges for an order being sent overseas, this charge will be automatically added to the order before the package is shipped
17. Member Behaviour:
17.1 The Gold Coast Titans reserve the right to suspend/cancel a membership of any member who behaves in manner that is deemed to be inappropriate. Members must always remain mindful of those around them, and immediately report anything deemed to be inappropriate to the stand manager at the top of the aisle on game day so that the matter can be dealt with immediately, or members can call or SMS Venue assist on 0427 002 699. The Gold Coast Titans have the right to decide what is considered to be inappropriate conduct in its sole and unfettered discretion. The member has no right to object or appeal against any decision made by the Gold Coast Titans to suspend or cancel a membership as a consequence of acting in a manner the Gold Coast Titans consider is inappropriate. All members are expected to uphold the Titans Member Code of Conduct found at www.titans.com.au/membership/code-of-conduct.html and failure to comply can result in immediate cancellation of the membership. In circumstances where membership is suspended or cancelled for inappropriate conduct the member will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the membership entitlements
18. Limitation of Liability
19.1 The products and services offered in any sponsor promotional material are not offered by the Gold Coast Titans. The Gold Coast Titans do not accept liability for any product or service referred to in such material, and to the fullest extent permissible by law excludes all liability with respect to these products and services
19. Members Bound by Terms and Conditions
19.1 Any user of the Member’s membership rights is also bound by the Terms and Conditions of membership, and the Member is obliged to inform such persons of these Terms and Conditions
20. Delivery of Membership Packs
20.1 Dispatch of Membership cards will commence from late November 2017. Membership packs cannot be dispatched until the ‘Change Seat Window’ has concluded and seats have been confirmed, in order to personalise membership cards with seating details. Membership packs may take up to four weeks to be received, following the conclusion of the 'Change Seat Window’
20.2 Ticketed Members (Foundation, Titanium, Gold, Steel, Legion, 4 Game Reserved and Flexi members) will be sent vouchers for purpose of collecting their exclusive Member Merchandise from the nominated distribution points (from December 2017) Non-ticketed members (Club, Away Legion, Social, Tiny Titans and Blade's Brigade) will have their Member Merchandise sent to them direct (commencing November 2017).Generally speaking, Member merchandise can take up to four weeks to be delivered from receipt of application/renewal
20.3 Members who submit an application/renewal for Foundation, Titanium, Gold, Steel, Legion, 4 Game Reserved and Flexi pack within four weeks of the first home game, or during the season, will receive a membership card (or match entry ticket) prior to the next home game. If these cannot be posted in time Members will receive notification via SMS to collect from a nominated point at Cbus Super Stadium
21. Privacy and Promotions
21.1 As a Gold Coast Titans member you have the opportunity to be provided with promotional offers from sponsors and partners. This also includes potential pre-sale offers from Queensland Rugby League, CBus Super Stadium and the National Rugby League
21.2 You consent to the Gold Coast Titans providing personal information you have provided to the Gold Coast Titans (excluding any details related to methods of payment) to our sponsors for the purpose of our sponsors providing you with details of offers that may be of interest to you
21.3 If you would prefer not to receive marketing or promotional material please call the Titans Membership Hotline on (07) 5656 5656 to have your details removed from all future marketing and promotional databases
21.4 Your privacy is important to the Gold Coast Titans and there are procedures in place to ensure that your information remains confidential. We are mindful that your personal details are private and as such we will only disclose your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The National Rugby League and Ticketmaster administer the current Customer Relationship Management system used by the Gold Coast Titans and Members acknowledge that their personal details will be available to these third parties for the purpose of administering membership with the Gold Coast Titans
21.5 Any information disclosed about a membership account can only be done with the Primary Account Holder. If a Secondary Account Holder wishes to become a Primary Account Holder, the existing Primary Account Holder must submit written confirmation to release them. This may only be done during the renewal process for the following season
21.6 You may access your private information held on the Gold Coast Titans database by contacting Titans Membership Hotline on (07) 5656 5656
22. Entry to CBus Super Stadium
22.1 All Members agree to be bound by the terms of entry to CBus Super Stadium at www.cbussuperstadium.com.au
23.1 All Members agree to be bound to the terms of ticket sale with Ticketmaster found at www.ticketmaster.com.au.
24.1 All Members agree to be bound to the terms of ticket sale with Ticketek found at www.ticketek.com.au.

26. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions
26.1 The Gold Coast Titans reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as may be reasonably necessary from time to time in its absolute discretion
26.2 The Gold Coast Titans do not warrant that every request for membership, ticketing, and/or seating allocation can or will be complied with
27. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
27.1 By applying for membership I acknowledge that I accept the above Terms and Conditions. All Members are bound by these Terms and Conditions regardless of how the application was submitted
28. Gold Coast Titans
+ The term life and lifetime refers to the period for which the Gold Coast Titans are granted to compete on the National Rugby League competition and have a home venue at which to play.
28.1 Gold Coast Titans means Titans Rugby League Pty Ltd or any of its related entities and includes ‘the Club’ where the context implies

How do I arrange to sit with my friends that are already members?
If members wish to sit together, but pay separately for their seats, they can request a seating link. New members wishing to sit together must return their forms to the Membership Department stapled together. This can also be arranged by contacting the membership department.
How do I apply for disabled seating?
Members with a disability requiring consideration for special needs seating should include their specific seating requirements with their application form or contact the membership department for the required arrangements to be made regarding seating. This should include the need for wheelchair seating and if required, a carer seat located adjacent to the person with the disability. Limited disabled parking is available. Does my membership include ticketing to the Titans 'home matches' being played in regional Queensland in Round 3 versus Dragons (Toowoomba) and Round 5 versus Manly (Gladstone)
No. 2018 seasonal membership prices have been pro-rata'd down to reflect a reduction in the number of home games from 2017 (12) to 2018 (10). All members will receive an exclusive window in which they can purchase ticketing to the regional matches before they go on-sale to the general public. More information on the ticketing details for these matches will be confirmed towards the end of 2017.
Does my membership include ticketing to the Round 10 Double-Header at Suncorp Stadium when the Titans play the Melbourne Storm?
No. This match is a Melbourne Storm home fixture and as such Titans members do not receive any immediate ticketing entitlements, this includes Away Legion members as well. It is likely that all club members will be given an opportunity to purchase ticketing to this match in an exclusive buying window before tickets go on-sale to the general public. More information pertaining to this will be communicated as it comes to hand.
I am 4-Game, Flexi-Pass, Club or Supporter member. How do I receive my tickets?
You receive your tickets by allocating them yourself through your MyTitans account. The process for 4-Game and Club members will be made-available in early-2018 and we will communicate this to all 4-Game/Club members via email. Flexi-Pass and Supporter members will be able to select their tickets from late 2017, as their tickets are not in a reserved section. Can I order paper tickets to access the venue instead of a membership card?
Yes, this can be done through your MyTitans account via the print at home function. There is no need to make this selection at the time of purchase. Once the individual games for the 2018 season have been confirmed and loaded into the system, members will be able to log on and manage their ticketing personally on a game by game basis.
Can I order a gift certificate?
Yes. We understand that memberships are often a present and that the membership package may not arrive in time for that special occasion. If a gift certificate is required, please contact the Membership Department on 07 5656 5656 to request a gift certificate.
NB: Please note gift certificates are not valid for entry to the venue.
How can I pay for my membership?
The following forms of payment are accepted:

All Members paying via credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) or debit card backed by VISA or Mastercard, regardless of package type or payment method (upfront or instalments), agree to be opted in for 'Rolling Renewals', facilitating automatic rollover of your membership from year to year on these terms and conditions unless varied.
Prior to this rollover, members will receive written notice via email at the members agreed email address pursuant to Condition 6.4, that details the pricing for the following season and provides a 14 day opt-out period. During this opt-out period members may notify the Gold Coast Titans via email that they do not wish to rollover their membership (strict timeframes apply).
How will I know if my membership application has been received?
Customers who purchase online to become 2017 members will receive an email confirmation of their application. Customers without an email address need to contact the Membership Department on 07 5656 5656 for confirmation.
When will my seat be allocated and my payment taken?
If paying by Credit Card, Bank, Personal/Company Cheque or Money Order the payment will be banked immediately upon receipt. Direct Debit and Cash payments will also be taken immediately on receipt. New member seat allocation will commence after the renewing members have been finalised. Seat allocation will be to the stipulated timetable. Any discrepancy between requested order payment amount and what is ultimately allocated will be dealt with at time of seat allocation.
2017 members renewing their same seat as 2017 for the 2018 season will be allocated automatically.
2017 members wanting to change seats but stay in the same seating category are advised to renew their 2017 seat to secure priority allocation in the 'Change Seat Window'. The 'Change Seat Window' will be opened after the 'Same Seat Renewal period' ends on Friday November 10. Once the 'Change Seat Window' opens, members wanting to change seats will be able to do so themselves, through their MyTitans account.
2017 members wanting to change their seating category are advised to purchase a new membership product via the 'Buy Memberships and Add-ons' button, found underneath their 2017 Membership invoice in their MyTitans account. Members will be able to select their seating in the category they have chosen at the time of purchase. Members doing this will also be able to change their seats in the 'Change Seat Window', should the wish, once the 'Same Seat Renewal window' closes on Friday November 17.
Existing members who purchase a new membership will retain their existing member number and loyalty status (Member tenure - e.g. 5 year - Silver Status).
New club members for 2018 can allocate their seat at the time of purchase through their MyTItans account. Members will be able to select their seating in the category they have chosen at the time of purchase. Members doing this will also be able to change their seats in the 'Change Seat Window', should the wish, once the 'Same Seat Renewal window' closes on Friday November 17.
When will I receive my membership card and pack?
Ticketed Members: 2018 member applications received prior to Thursday 7th December 2018 will receive their membership card and merchandise voucher prior to Christmas. Cards and pack vouchers for new member applications received after this time will be mailed in the New Year.
New member applications lodged after Friday 23rd February 2018 and prior to the first home game will be processed and members will need to collect their membership cards (if time has allowed for production) or paper tickets from the ‘Titans Ticket Collects’ window at Gate D at Cbus Super Stadium to gain venue access.
Non-ticketed members: All non-ticketed member packs will be fulfilled within three weeks of your purchase commencing Monday 20th November 2018.

Is my membership transferable?
All ticketed membership packages are transferable. If a member is unable to attend a home game the membership may be given to a friend/relative for use. Please be aware that entry to the stadium will be subject to the category of the membership (e.g. an adult will not be admitted with a junior membership pass). Club Membership is not transferable.
